Diego Franciosi

I started as a developer, building web apps, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms for companies like Prada, MediaWorld, Edison, Springer Nature, and Ferrari. Over the years I moved from code to architecture to tech leadership, eventually leading complex transformation programs across product, delivery, and organizational design at Vodafone and Stellantis.

Along the way, I realized that most transformation challenges aren't technical. They're human. So I became an ICF PCC coach, learning to listen better and guide people through the messy reality of organizational change.

Now I'm focused on the AI era. I build AI products. I advise organizations on adoption and integration. And I coach leaders navigating what comes next.
